In furtherance of its commitment to privacy, PWA has adopted information gathering and dissemination policies for the Premier Wealth Advisors web site (the "Site"). These guidelines have been developed with the recognition that Internet technologies are rapidly evolving, and that underlying business models are still not established. Accordingly, these guidelines are subject to change. Any such changes will be posted on the Site.  PWA is not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of web sites to which it may link.

What information does PWA gather and/or track?

• Cookies: PWA does not currently employ cookies in connection with the Site.
• IP Addresses: PWA does not log IP Addresses.
• Credit Card Information: PWA does not currently collect credit card information through the Site.
• E-mail Addresses: When a visitor submits an inquiry or comment, PWA may log and retain the visitors e-mail address.

What does PWA do with the information it gathers and/or tracks?
PWA does not currently use email for correspondence. If and when PWA begins using the e-mail address provided when a visitor submits an inquiry or comment, PWA may contact the visitor regarding its inquiry or comment. PWA may also send e-mail to its visitors about services offered by PWA.  If a visitor prefers not to receive promotional materials from PWA, he/she should refer to the "Opting Out" provision below.

Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, ensure the appropriate use of information and protect against loss, misuse or alteration of information under PWA 's control, PWA has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information it collects on-line.

A special note about children viewing the Site
The site is not intended for children, and PWA asks that minors not submit any personal information. If a visitor is a minor, he/she may use the Site only in conjunction with a parent or guardian.

Optioning-out corrections and cancellations
Upon request, PWA will (a) remove a visitor and a visitor's personal information from PWA’s database; (b) correct personal information that a visitor states is erroneous; or (c) permit the visitor to "opt out" of further e-mail contact. To request a correction or cancellation, or if a visitor has any questions concerning this privacy statement or PWA 's information gathering and dissemination practices, the visitor will be instructed to contact PWA 's Manager. "Visitor" refers to each individual user of the Site and, if applicable to such use, the visitor's employer or firm.
